Prices, Availability and Booking online
If you wish to check prices or availability or to make a booking, you can now use the online system, the Contact Us form or call us on 01945 430055 to speak to one of the Traditional Tuscany team. We have personally inspected all of the properties we represent and we're always happy to speak to people to help them find what they are looking for.
Request a Hold
If you are not quite ready to book, for example you may wish to check flights or talk things through with family, but you have found a property that you like, then ask us to put a ‘hold’ on it for you. Call us on 01945 430055 or use the Contact Us form to get in touch. We will hold a property for up to 48 hours.
Bookings and Payment
A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking, except when booking less than 9 weeks before departure in which case the full rental amount will be due. If you have paid a deposit, the balance of payment for your holiday rental will be due eight weeks before your rental period begins. If balance of payment is not made by the due date the booking may be deemed to be cancelled and clause 15 of our Booking Terms and Conditions will apply.
We accept payment by credit or debit card. Charges incurred in Italy for additional services; food hamper, telephone, etc. are to be paid in local currency directly to the property owner or person responsible for the provision of the service.
We will always send you a written confirmation of booking along with a receipt for any payments made. If you have paid a deposit your booking confirmation will also show the date on which your final balance is due to be paid by.
An accommodation pack will be sent to you 14 days before your rental begins. It contains your booking vouchers, the address of the property, detailed directions on how to find it and the name and telephone number of the property owner or key holder who will be meeting you upon arrival.
