Borgo Santa Maria, situated in the Umbrian countryside, is an ideal place for a relaxing and cultural vacation. The fascination of the old rural traditions can be felt upon entering the houses; walls are characterized by warm and mellow colours which create a special atmosphere, the ceilings preserve the original wooden beams and terracotta tiles and the atmosphere of the living rooms, with their terracotta floors, old brick fireplaces and old restored furniture, is warm and inviting. The kitchens have built-in cabinets decorated with ceramic tiles. In addition to the details of the old tradition, the accommodation offers modern comforts including satellite TV and central heating. The garden grounds are extensive and are complete with swimming pool, gazebos, tables and benches, BBQ, children's playground, boccia court and table tennis table. Mountain bikes are available to rent and for those interested in local events and activities, the borgo has a small room dedicated to maps and information that guests will find useful when planning days out. Local products can be purchased on site and there is also a small laundry room, covered parking and the possibility to arrange guided tours to a famous Orvieto winery. The borgo is about 800m from the town of Santa Maria, where you can find a supermarket, newsagents, pharmacy, pizzeria and restaurants. Banks, Post Office and Railway station are located in Fabro Scalo, about 4 Km from Borgo Santa Maria.

Security Deposit

On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.

Arrival Times

Arrivals expected between 16.00 - 19.00 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
