Grotta Giusti Natural Spa Resort – formerly the 19th Century villa of the Italian poet Giuseppe Giusti – is now a true testament to the elegance and sophistication of Italian styling and the fine art of hospitality. This elegant hotel, now part of the Small Luxury Hotels of the World, offers 58 rooms and six junior suites. The fresh, refined decor of the rooms is enhanced by unexpected details: some of the rooms have thermal water in the bathroom and some other have a balcony with a wonderful view on the surrounding private park.

Grotta Giusti benefits from its very own thermal grotta, a fascinating natural cave in which guests can enjoy a relaxing and detoxifying steam bath. The Spa also offers an open-air thermal swimming pool, a high-tech facility measuring 750 sq. m., with waterfall and hydrojets.

The La Veranda restaurant offers refined Italian gourmet and spa cuisine. The secrets of good Tuscan cuisine, natural ingredients with particular attention to detail combine to give tasty gourmet as well as low calorie recipes. By the large thermal pool, our new Bioaquam Café: an inviting lounge which offers tasty and healthy express lunches, snacks and herb teas after a dip in the pool but also a restaurant offering refined products of indisputable quality.
