Situated in an incomparably charming landscape, deep in the greenery of Tuscany’s Maremma region, Casa di Caccia offers the tranquillity of the countryside combined with the possibility to enjoy the art and beauty of the most important historical and natural centres of Tuscany. In less than half an hours drive is Monte Amiata, with its winter ski resorts and woods of firs, chestnuts and beeches; Roselle and Vetulonia, Etruscan and Roman archeological sites; Montalcino and its vintage "Brunello" red wine; the unique flora and fauna of the Maremma Natural Park; the splendid Costa d'Argento with Punta Ala, Monte Argentario and the Tuscan Archipelago. The countryside is also rich in hunting traditions which have also acted to conserve numerous wild species: pheasant, hare, boar, fallow-deer, roe-buck, hedgehog and duck.

Casa di Caccia, belongs to a large farming estate, 1650 hectares, and in the past was the Manor House at the heart of the estate. The farm is immersed in a splendid agricultural plain and in this splendid holiday environment, the entirely restored manor house wing offers comfortable and spacious accommodation for up to 10 people. The house is comfortably furnished and has central heating, dishwasher, satellite TV, private garden and parking space. A large swimming pool is situated in the grounds of I'Rogetti 700m away. For the interested, a guided tour of the farm and its activities can be arranged.

Surrounded by generous gardens and woodlands the accommodation is ideal for larger groups and is at ground level in the wing of the beautiful old manor house. Ground floor: Large spacious living/dining room with large open fireplace. Spacious and well-equipped kitchen with oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. Four double bedrooms each with en-suite bathroom with shower. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The apartment has central heating and a TV in each bedroom.

The house is surrounded by a lovely garden grounds and woodlands. There is plently of garden furniture and a BBQ.

On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.

Arrivals expected between 15.00 - 19.00 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
