Villa Alba is a very pretty, restored Traditional Tuscan barn that offers good family accommodation with stunning views across the Chianti countryside and an idyllic location just a short distance from the magical historic town of San Gimignano.
The stone house sits in pretty lawned gardens, in a quiet hamlet that is reached by a white, single track, road. A shaded terrace in front of the house takes advantage of the views and, along with a further shaded area by the pool, is ideal for alfresco dining.
The interior of the villa is simply furnished in a pleasant country style and is an attractive mix of modern facilities and rustic charm.

Ground floor: Open plan with sitting room and kitchen/dining room. Twin bedroom and shower room. Stairs lead to the upper level. Two double bedrooms and a full bathroom. The exterior of the property is mainly lawn and enjoys fabulous countryside views and a lovely pool located on a terrace in the gardens to the side of the house.
