Amongst the gorgeous and verdant Tuscan hills, looking into a valley of olive groves and vineyards you catch sight of the little hamlet of Tenuta Sant'Ilario. This stunning estate of around 60 hectares is set in the Fiorentine Chianti hills a few kilometres from the major art cities of Tuscany; Florence, San Gimignano, Siena and Volterra.
Villa Cabbiallina is an independent private villa that belongs to the Sant'Ilario estate. The villa is surrounded by a large private garden and a landscape of olive groves and vineyards where you can enjoy the magnificent Tuscan countryside. Ambling further into the valley from here you reach the creeks and small waterfalls formed by the streams that feed into the estate. The Tenuta Sant'Ilario is located on the edge of Gambassi Terme close to San Gimignano, in a beautiful hilly area with breathtaking views over the Tuscan hills and Mediterranean nature.
Thanks to its excellent position, from Tenuta Sant'Ilario you can easily reach places of interest like San Gimignano, Volterra, Siena, Florence and Pisa for days out exploring the museums, galleries and monuments but also the shops with the best Italian style clothes - at the Sant'Ilario reception, staff will give you information about the designer outlets where you can purchase all kinds of designer clothes and accessories at vastly discounted prices.
Near the Tenuta Sant'Ilario there is a lovely little town, Gambassi Terme, where you will find bars and shops and many typical Tuscan restaurants where you whilst away the evenings with some great food and wine during your holidays in Tuscany. Nearby the estate there are many wine cellars where you can make a wine tour and taste the wonderful Tuscan wine.

Situated in its own mature garden grounds with an abundance of fragrant lavender and fine views, this villa can take advantage of all the estate has to offer whilst being completely independent with its own private gardens and swimming pool.
The house is beautifully furnished and very comfortable. Ground floor: Living room with satellite TV and doors to garden. Well-equipped dining kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, oven and hob, fridge. Twin bedroom with direct access to the garden and bathroom with shower. First floor: Two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower. The whole house is air conditioned.
Grounds
Well maintained private gardens with table and chairs for dining alfresco and private swimming pool. Guests of this villa are also free to share the use of the estates gardens and pool - an ideal situation if you are holidaying with children who may appreciate the chance to make new friends!

Security Deposit
On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €300 payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.
