Ground floor: French doors open from an open-sided furnished covered loggia into a large living/dining room with double sofa-bed and spiral staircase to the first floor. Well equipped kitchen with oven and hob, fridge and washing machine. Bathroom with shower. Large studio with double bedroom and bathroom with shower. First floor: Double bedroom. Small twin bedroom (one single bed and one sofa-bed). Bathroom with shower.

The garden grounds, terrace an swimming pool provide evocative views towards mount Soratte, which Horace, the Latin poet who lived in Sabina, described in his poems.

Arrival Times
