Casacastellace is located amidst the lush green hills of the Sabina at the foot of Monte Soratte, only 50 kilometers north of Rome. The estate is surrounded by 10 hectares of olive groves and a small wood. From the gardens you can enjoy the fantastic panoramic view over the Monti Sabini and picturesque medieval villages. The quiet of the green surroundings and the always temperate climate make Casacastellace the ideal spot for a perfectly relaxing holiday - as well as the starting point for excursions for sightseeing in Lazio and the Tuscany, thanks to its central location. Despite the quiet situation of the villa, in only a couple of minutes by car, via a narrow but paved country road, you can reach the small and idyllic village of Nazzano, where you will find a supermarket and all other necessary shops.
There are two apartments, Stelle and Stalle. Both of the holiday apartments are very comfortably furnished in the typical rural style of the Sabina. Each has a fully-fitted kitchen, washing machine, central heating, and are as ideally suited for long-term stays (even during the cool months) as they are for weekly holidays.
Accommodation
Stalle, lies amidst the gardens in the recently converted stables just 20-30 metres from the swimming pool on a lower level of the property. It is not overlooked by the swimming pool and therefore enjoys good privacy. Entrance is via an extensive shaded portico area with table and chairs into a spacious living room with open fireplace and a very well equipped kitchen area. Right in the middle of the beautifully kept ever blossoming garden you will find a swimming pool as well as a barbecue grill, just waiting to be fired up.

Security Deposit
On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €300, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.

Arrival Times
Arrivals expected between 16.00 - 19.00 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
