The ancient estate of Lupinari is situated in the heart of Tuscany amongst the hills of Siena and Arezzo in one of the most beautiful parts of the Valdarno. Its unique position makes it easy to reach a wealth of the most beautiful towns and hill villages in Tuscany and Umbria including; Florence, Siena, Arezzo, Perugia, Assisi, Gubbio and San Gimignano.
The estate comprises of a castle in Coppede style, a hamlet of stone and tiled farmhouses and extends to 750 acres of woods, vineyards and centuries old olive trees.
Lupinari has been lovingly restored using carefully chosen, traditional materials and finishings of an exceptionally high quality. The apartments are all spacious, comfortable, excellently appointed, complimented by beautiful artistic period furniture and have gardens and/or terraces.
Tenuta di Lupinari is designed for quality holidays and here you are made to feel comfortable and welcome at any time of the year. An elegant restaurant serves breakfast daily and dinner three times a week, special diets can be catered to upon request.
All apartments have telephone, central heating, air conditioning in all bedrooms, satellite TV and plenty of garden furniture.

Grounds
The gardens abound with rose beds, lavender hedges, geraniums in pots and acres ofimmaculately mown rolling lawns. The property is approached by a regal avenue of ancient Cyprus trees.

Pool details
The pool (20m x 8m)is in it’s own garden. It is well furnished with tables, chairs, umbrellas and sun lounges and several charming wrought iron pagodas that are in keeping with the architectural style of the main villa. From the pool one can see vine yards, olive groves, natural wooded areas and some distant medieval villages, the landscape has remained virtually unchanged over the course of the centuries.

Security Deposit
On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €300, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.
Arrival Times
Arrivals expected between 15.00 - 19.30 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
