In the last century it was truly an independent little village with the main central Villa and the surrounding residences of the farmlands. Now these residences have been meticulously restored to ensure the original nature of every detail, whilst providing for the needs of modern day living. With the air alive with the fragrance of lavender, on arrival at Borgo Il Melone, you behold a vast stretch of bright green fields, with an area of almost nine acres, partially covered by lively patches of flowers ranging from the deep red of the roses to the delicate purple of lavender shrubs and the dark green of rosemary bushes. The Borgo comprises eight spacious apartments and a 4 star hotel. All the apartments are equipped with a well-equipped kitchen, central heating, telephone, satellite TV, internet access and are furnished with some antique furniture. The Borgo also offers two different premises for those who wish to taste local food: a Restaurant and a Tavern-Wine Bar. Designed to meet the different needs of the guests - be it an elegant and refined dinner to celebrate a special occasion or a light meal in a homely and cozy environment - the food selection of both premises boasts recipes that are colorful and tasty, prepared according to the local cooking traditions and seasoned with a touch of originality. A state-of-the-art swimming pool, equipped with a relaxing whirlpool area, showers and a changing room, is situated in a quiet reserved area of the Borgo. Here you can swim and relax surrounded by the glorious Tuscan countryside.

Accommodation

On the first floor, a 80 sqm apartment accommodating up to 6 people. The apartment includes one living/dining room with double sofa-bed, fully equipped kitchen, one twin bedroom, one single bedroom with extra bed and a bathroom with shower.

Security Deposit

On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €260, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.

Arrival Times

Arrivals expected between 17.00 - 19.00 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
