Corlando Tre “Relais Campagne” is located in the Collevecchio territory, in the beautiful countryside north of Rome close to the southern Umbrian border. The reassuring skyline of Monte Soratte provides the setting for a luscious merry-go-round of centenarian oaks, cypresses, pines, olive groves and vineyards. The charm of this relatively unknown area, with its olive groves and vineyards and its proximity to the medieval and renaissance delights of Italy, makes it a wonderful place for a perfectly relaxing and cultural holiday. Here, you are within easy reach of the hill towns of Etruria, Umbria and southern Tuscany: Orvieto and Assisi are each only 70km away, while Rome and Viterbo (with all the Etruscan sites) are about 50km. Also within easy reach for day trips are Perugia, Arezzo and Siena. The train station, with a frequent service to Rome, is only 3km away and the local village, with shops, restaurant and pizzeria is only 2km away. Several golf courses, both 9 and 18 hole, are within an hour’s drive. On the estate thoroughbred horses are bred and the famous ‘Sabina DOC - olive oil’ is produced and available for purchase along with seasonal products such as: grapes, green figs, chestnuts and fresh vegetables. A typical ‘Casale Sabino’, built in the heart of the estate, has been recently restored. The Casale has three simply furnished and comfortable independent apartments which, by clever architectural division, has allowed for the possibility of connecting two or more apartments for groups of up to ten persons.

Security Deposit
