Fattoria di Maiano is a 15th century hamlet situated in a charming position between Fiesole and Settignano with breathtaking views over romantic hills, lush wooded countryside and olive grooves and just 15 minutes from the centre of Florence.Once a cloistered convent the accommodation is offered in cosy apartments located at the heart of the hamlet, in this 300 hectare Tuscan estate. The friendly welcome and the homely atmosphere make a holiday vacation to the Fattoria di Maiano country house an unforgettable chance to live an authentic Italian experience. For our guests fun and relaxation is the wonderful swimming-pool with fabulous views. Maiano on account of its position in the hills above Florence is within easy reach of the city centre yet, is the ideal place for those who want a relaxing holiday away from the chaos of city life. All the apartments have been restored to retain their original features whilst offering modern comforts (telephone, tv, washing machine), the furnishings are comfortable and attractive.

Fascinating apartment situated on the second floor of the main building of the fattoria, Loggia is on 2 levels. On the first level there is the kitchen with dishwasher, a large sitting room, very luminous dining room obtained by the ancient loggia enclosed by splendid glass windows: 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. On the second level: 1 double bedroom. 1 twin bedroom. 2 bathrooms with showers.

Security Deposit
On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.
Arrival Times
Arrivals expected between 16.00 - 19.00 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
