Casale Mugnani has a beatiful setting on the hills of Lucca among olive groves, with a fantastic panoramic view. South-facing and extremely sunny it is ideal even for a winter break. Nature lovers can go for long walks through woods, vineyards and olive groves. Nearly are old churches, historic villas and farms where you can sample local produce and, perhaps, follow the “Strada del Vino”, a route tracking the wine production of the area. Trips to the mountain areas of the Apuana Alps and Appenines can be made and some fascinating towns are within easy reach – Lucca evidently but also Pisa, Florence, Pistoia – all of historic and artistic interest.The beaches at Versilia are about 20 minutes away by car and, for children's entertainment, Pinocchios Park is about 10 minutes drive away. The nearest village is Marlia (4Km), where you can find all kinds of shops and a supermarket. The nearest restaurant and a little grocery shop is within walking distance at less than 1km.

Grounds
A large garden surrounds the property and provides an idyllic setting for al fresco dining. The swimming pool, with plenty of pool side furniture provided, takes advantage of the breathtaking views. An antique stone water basin provides an interesting water feature and a barbecue and a play-area for children.

Security Deposit
On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.

Arrivals expected between 16.00 - 19.00 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
