With origins dating back to the 14th century, Pomaio is a 23 hectare farming estate that specialises in using natural organic methods for the production of extra-virgin olive oil, honey, saffron, fruit and vegetables. Lying at the heart of the estate, in a peaceful and private position, is a beautiful Tuscan farmhouse. A post and rail fence runs around the ample garden and the swimming pool, which overlooks the valley and offers splendid panoramic views to Arezzo.
Arezzo, situated in the south-east of Tuscany and of ancient Etruscan origin, is a magnificent city. The birthplace of many illustrious artists, it has a wealth of interesting museums and churches and a wonderful medieval centre. The cities of Florence, Siena and Perugia along with many pretty historic towns, such as the splendid Cortona (of Etruscan origin), Monte San Savino, San Sepolcro and Anghiari, Pienza, Assisi and Gubbio, along with the beaches, islands and water-sports of Lake Trasimeno, are all easily accessible and within about an hour’s drive.

Laundry room with washing machine. Spacious double/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom and french doors to garden (adapted for disabled). Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and french doors to garden. First floor: Two generous double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms with shower. Twin bedroom with fireplace and french doors to furnished terrace, en-suite bathroom with shower. Small enclosed landing with double sofa-bed.
Grounds
Set amid well-established, generous garden grounds with excellent views and private swimming pool. The garden surrounding the house is well established and very pretty with a nice mix of shrubs and trees. A sunny loggia is attached to the house and with its huge wooden table and chairs is an excellent place for gathering to enjoy alfresco dining and lively chit chat.

Security Deposit
On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €300, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.
Arrival Times
Arrivals expected between 16.00 - 19.00 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
