Olmo Bello is a tastefully restored farmhouse that has been converted into three apartments. It is located just 600m from the shores of Lake Bolsena, its warm clear waters are ideal for swimming and water sports. Here you can spend a relaxing holiday on the banks of Lake Bolsena, visiting the nearby small town of Capodimonte with its shops and restaurants, the Bisentina Island with its wonderful gardens, Bolsena with its old town centre and fine medieval castle, 'The Dying Town' of Civita di Bagnoregio and Orvieto with its outstanding cathedral. You’ll have the possibility to rediscover the old Etruscan civilization, visiting the towns and museums of Tuscania and Tarquinia. You can revitalize in the open spaces of the wildlife reserves of Monte Rufeno and Lamone or spend some relaxing hours in the thermal spas of Viterbo and Saturnia. There are excellent restaurants and interesting villages around every corner and the 'seafood' from the lake is superb. From here just about anything is possible but, if it all sounds too exhausting, you can just laze away the days soaking up the peace and tranquility surrounded by a wonderful landscape.
Accommodation
Ground floor apartment opening into the gardens at the front of the house. Sitting out area with table and chairs positioned under a Loggia: Living room with double and single sofa-beds and dinning/kitchen area (oven and hob, fridge/freezer). Double bedroom. Bathroom with shower. The windows all have fly screens and, with central heating, this is a very comfortable apartment in all seasons.
Grounds
The farmhouse sits in lovely gardens, planted with flowers and fruit trees and to the side of the house is a vegetable garden where guests can help themselves to fresh produce. Plenty of garden furniture is provided and a large swimming pool is situated in the grounds.

Security Deposit
On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €150, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.
Arrival Times
Arrivals expected between 16.00 - 19.00 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
