Villa Sabrina sits on a hillside north-east of Rome overlooking a splendid patchwork of vineyards, olive groves, field and woods. Comfortably furnished and well-designed for a large group, the villa offers two living areas, both with fireplaces, that open to the garden. Terraces at three different levels offer quiet, sunny spots for contemplating the view, which is perhaps best enjoyed from one of the loungers around the private swimming pool just below the house.
The charm of this relatively unknown area, with its olive groves and vineyards and its proximity to the medieval and renaissance delights of Italy, makes it a wonderful place for a perfectly relaxing and cultural holiday. In this idyllic location you are within easy reach of the hill towns of Etruria, Umbria and southern Tuscany: Orvieto and Assisi are each only 70km away, while Rome and Viterbo (with all the Etruscan sites) are within 50km. Also within easy reach for day trips are Perugia, Arezzo and Siena. The train station, with a frequent service to Rome, is in Stimigliano only 8km away and the small town of Poggio Mirteto, with shops, restaurants and good weekly markets is 6km. There are many excellent traditional, and untouristy, restaurants located in this area and a supermarket is within 3.5km. Tennis, golf and horseback riding are all available within a few minutes’ drive.

Ground floor: Large comfortably furnished living room with sofas and chairs, radio/CD player and television, open fireplace and door to garden. Large fully-equipped dining kitchen (oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher and washing machine) with french doors to furnished terrace. Twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. Double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with bath tub. First floor: Double bedroom with double doors opening out onto the terrace and en-suite bathroom with bath tub. Two single bedrooms. A wide furnished terrace acts as an extension to the house and provides an ideal place for alfresco dining. The swimming pool takes advantage of the splendid views and, with plenty of garden and poolside furniture provided, makes a wonderful place for sitting around and relaxing.
