Situated half way between Le Marche’s two regional capitals, Macerata and Ascoli Piceno, in the seemingly endless panorama of the Sibilline Mountains, this traditional old farmhouse with private pool is to be found located in its own garden grounds on the edge of the Sibilline National Park.
Le Marche region of Italy is still as untouristy as Umbria was 50 years ago. Picturesque ancient villages are often found on hilltops, frequently dominated by an old castle or tower. Beautiful natural scenery is another attraction of the region and the Conero headland and Caves of Frasassi, are outstanding. But Le Marche is also a mountainous region with good skiing resorts, such as Forca Canapine, Ussita, Sarnano and Piobbico.
There are several health spas; Acquasanta Terme with sodium bromide waters used in the treatment of arthritis and respiratory disorders, Sarnano with bicarbonate alkaline waters for illnesses of the urinary tract, Aspio Terme where four springs with different properties enable a wide range of treatments to be made available, and Carignano Terme with sodium bromide waters for metabolic and gastric disorders. Loreto has a special role in tourism in Le Marche, the Sanctuary Church of the Holy House, rich in works of art, has been the destination of millions of pilgrims for centuries.
Marche's natural offerings are just as exciting as its cultural sights and from this characterful property you can easily reach the coast, the Frasassi caves (fascinating and vast limestone caves) and the dramatic Furlo Gorge for great days out. The two local towns of Amandola and Sarnano, just 6km away, are lively and fun with shops, restaurants and good weekly markets whilst the hiking, stunnng scenery and bird watching opportunties that the Monti Sibillini provide are all on your doorstep.

Handsome and traditionally built independent farmhouse with excellent garden grounds and great mountain views. The house is arranged over three storeys with the main living rooms and bedrooms from first floor level.

First floor: Large living room with comfortable seating and traditional open fireplace. Dining area accessed directly from the living room and kitchen. Lawned and fenced garden grounds surround the house and are quite private. The swimming pool is located to the front of the house. Trees around the property offer shady areas and plenty of garden furniture is provided.

Security Deposit
On arrival you will be asked for a security deposit of €200, payable in cash. The security deposit will be returned to you at the end of your rental.
Arrival Times
Arrivals expected between 16.00 - 20.00 hrs. If you are going to be late, you MUST advise us or the owner/keyholder in advance. Property to be vacated no later than 10.00am on day of departure.
