For over 25 years Traditional Tuscany has been offering an outstanding selection of carefully chosen self catering holiday villas, cottages and apartments to rent throughout Tuscany, Umbria, Lazio and Le Marche in Italy. These are holidays for the interested and independent traveller and from our holiday villas, cottages and apartments you can have a very ‘Italian' holiday, experiencing a characteristic and authentic way of life.

Our accommodation is wide-ranging, from the wonderfully historic palazzo near Montepulciano to traditional tuscan farmhouses, luxury Italian villas, apartments and cottages through to elegant spas, family run bed & breakfasts and friendly country house hotels. We have built up a great reputation over the years for personal, reliable and friendly service, we know the houses and their owners well and we are always happy to talk over any aspect of your holiday with you. 

These are holidays for the interested and independent traveller who wishes to experience and share in the Italian way of life. The cottages and farmhouses preserve the regional styles, offering comfortable and attractive accommodation. Many of the vacation rentals offered by Traditional Tuscany are on the country estates of Italian families, who have held them through generations, pursuing their inherited traditions of producing fine wines, the highest quality extra virgin olive oils and often rearing rare breeds of cattle, pigs and sheep (mostly to traditional ‘organic' standards), not to mention horses! Despite their idyllic settings many of Italy's cultural gems of Florence, Siena, Pisa and Rome are within easy striking distance of many of our properties.
