Villas and Apartments with Shared Pools
These charming properties provide apartment style, self-catering accommodation with pools and are mostly on family-run estates located in lovely countryside. The accommodation ranges from romantic cottages perfect for two to larger farmhouses perfect for family holidays.

Though not quite as luxurious as our Prestige Properties, these specially selected villas are very much out of the ordinary in terms of quality, location and concept with many providing a rustic and authentic appeal.

In Lazio; Viterbo, Tuscania, Tarquinia, Reiti and, of course, Rome. In Le Marche; Urbino, San Leo, Macerata, Ascoli Piceno, the Frasassi Caves and the fabulous Sibillini mountains are among the better known places to visit.
